What ever you think inside your mind and soul you will get at the outside world. The limitations that you have are set from what you appear to be with in.
That is why Buddhism stress that the journey of wisdom to life is a journey to within your mind and soul. It is a journey to the inside of your mind that would lead you to seek wisdom and not the journey to the outside.
